Louwerens Hoving

Louwerens is a highly experienced marine engineer and project management professional with a strong background in yacht and vessel construction. He has built his expertise across multiple organisations and disciplines within the maritime industry, working at various levels from client representation to subcontractor coordination.

As Project Manager, Louwerens brings a pragmatic, result-driven approach to complex maritime projects, with a consistent focus on quality, cost control and timely delivery. In addition to his role within Maritime Projects, he can be engaged as an interim director or deployed on specific projects guiding existing project management teams. Boatbuilding is not only his profession, but the core of his expertise.

Erik van Prooijen

Erik operates at the intersection of engineering depth and project execution within complex yacht and maritime projects. He is closely involved in projects where technical complexity, system integration and build quality demand continuous oversight and informed decision-making.

With extensive knowledge across all major technical disciplines of a vessel including naval architecture, construction, onboard systems, electrical installations, interior engineering and HVAC Erik ensures that design intent, engineering and execution remain fully aligned throughout the project lifecycle. He works closely with specialist teams, designers and shipyards to resolve technical challenges and maintain control over quality and performance.

Erik’s approach is analytical and precise, with a strong focus on technical coherence, risk management and delivering solutions that perform as intended in real-world operation.
